T3 is for athletes looking for a dynamic training program focused on becoming better overall basketball players — not just learning new moves, but applying proven skills and concepts in real game scenarios.
We train athletes from 2nd grade through the professional level. Our system meets players where they are and begins development from that point forward.
Basketball is a skill sport that must be continually trained. General recommendations: 1–2 sessions per week to maintain, 3–6 sessions per week to improve. Players who rely only on team practices and do not train individual skills outside of them will eventually fall behind.
Yes. T3 offers year-round training, with increased availability, camps, and clinics during peak seasons.
Being new to the game can be an advantage. New players are easier to develop because they don't yet have ingrained habits. We teach the game in clear, bite-sized pieces so players improve day after day and season after season.
