Terms of Service

By accessing traintotriumph.org or registering for any program, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or register.

traintotriumph.org and the Train to Triumph programs are operated by Train2triumph LLC, 920 40th St NW, Rochester, MN 55901.

Registrations must be completed by an adult parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor athlete. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 and have authority to enroll the athlete and to agree to these terms and any waiver on the athlete’s behalf.

You agree to provide accurate, current information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in. Spots may be limited and are confirmed only upon successful registration (and payment, where required).

Paid programs are billed at the price shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. Prices and program details may change before you register. Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published program policy; contact us with any request.

Basketball training involves physical activity and inherent risks of injury. Where a program requires it, you must review and agree to a liability waiver during registration. That waiver, once accepted, is part of these terms. You assume the ordinary risks of athletic participation for the athlete you enroll.

You agree not to misuse the site — no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access; and no submitting false information or another person’s data without authority.

The site, its content, branding, and training materials are owned by Train2triumph LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

The site and programs are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific athletic outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Train2triumph LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in a program, beyond the amount you paid for the program at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Train2triumph LLC from claims arising out of your or your athlete’s use of the site or participation in a program, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota.

We may update these terms; the effective date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
